The FreeWay 2 Health

Aloha!

The FreeWay 2 Health is the starting point to a healthier happier life style. It is not complicated or difficult to apply. Miracles can happen when you prepare yourself for the opportunities to live fully! Nobody is just lucky. It is a matter of making yourself ready.

FreeWay Number One
Make time everyday to just "be" with yourself. Relax your mind, body, and soul. Release the tension that is making you sick.

FreeWay Number Two
Work daily on strengthening the muscles that you breathe with. Utilizing all of your lung volume is the secret to length and quality of life.

FreeWay Number Three
If you don't move it you will lose it! Finding time to be active everyday should be a top priority in your life. If it isn't, what might inspire you to do so?

For 10 years I have been teaching people with compromised health and declining quality of life, that these simple basics are the beginning of a more positive attitude as well as new found energy to inspire you to be active, enjoy your loved ones, and otherwise decorate your life.

I have enjoyed watching many people use this information to ignite a flame in their lives! Teaching people to use the FreeWay 2 Health certainly won't make me rich, but it will make your life rich!

During those years, the most challenging aspect of teaching was to avoid overwhelming the student. Making changes in your life is not easy but if you start simple you'll find yourself building on your progress. One little change at a time can create massive change. Be gentle with yourself, after all we are creatures of habit. Holding yourself accountable can be done with compassion. Your thoughts can help you or hurt you.

Start each day with FreeWay One, Two, and Three. If you find it difficult to breathe at any point during your day, FIND OUT WHAT YOUR OXYGEN LEVEL IS! If it's hard to breath don't ignore it. Describe to your doctor what type of situations you typically get short of breath doing, and insist on checking your blood oxygen level with a portable pulse oximeter. For more information about dyspnea (difficulty breathing) please go to my web site

One more thought to consider, will your day be even better if you SEEK the SUN, and SIP WATER all day?
